Alan's love of family and the Lehigh Valley brought him back to his boyhood home after spending years perfecting his culinary skills. Among his experiences are his time as Pastry Sous Chef at The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA, his work under World Pastry Champion Philippe Parc at Philadelphia's Le Bec-Fin and most recently his work as Assistant Manager, Chocolatier for Norman Love Confections in south Florida. Being able to take his expertise and turn them into a business, in a community that he has always loved, has proven to be an overwhelming pleasure for Alan.
