or may be pre-ordered.

Dolce Patisserie offers cakes for any occasion or individual desserts.
Special orders are welcome.

The Dolce Patisserie Signature Cake:
Chocolate cake with vanilla creme
brûlée layer, fresh raspberries and chocolate mousse
Mini Dolce:
Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse with vanilla bean creme brulee and fresh raspberries enrobed in a dark chocolate glaze
Boston Cream:
Vanilla mousse dipped in a dark chocolate glaze on top of vanilla cake surrounded by white chocolate decor
Almond Dacquoise:
Almond meringue shell filled with hazelnut pastry cream and drizzled
with dark chocolate
Lemon Tart:
Fresh lemon curd in a sweet tart shell topped with meringue
Eclair:
Pate a choux pastry filled with a vanilla bean pastry cream and dipped in dark chocolate
